New Space

As some of you know, last year Bella and I moved up to Oregon. We are now much closer to family and have a space of our own. Which means we also have a space to train and teach inside of. My garage is now my new studio, which I can’t wait to get some new folks into experience it.

Moving has been quite a transition, as exciting as it all has been, it’s also been stressful. I do believe that stress if finally starting to wear off as my body and mind have been feeling better too. I’m working to find structure and routine, getting to the forest regularly with Bella helps keep us both balanced and at ease. Training both at a local gym and in my home now. Teaching and practicing yoga at the studio and at home. And likely the biggest challenge, eating in a balance way. When I used to come home for vacation or holidays, I more or less ate in that way, treats, sweets and drinks. Not a sustainable way to eat, so I am working on integrating habits I used to have into life in the PNW.

I look forward to offering private training, yoga classes and small group training, for now I’ve been working with my family getting them moving!
